Handled all the details online/phone, and I only spent out 30 minutes at the dealership. I left with a 2025 Jeep Wrangler. Zachary and crew did great! Highly recommend! | Read Full Review

I’d give less than one star if I could. They tried to sell me the second key fob on a brand new 2021 gladiator for $800. I was unaware all Jeeps come with two key fobs at the time or else I would have called them on their blatant thieving trickery. Don’t buy anything from this stealership, they will rip you off. Don't ever go to this shop for any repairs or services. I took my Jeep there for years for oil changes and tire rotations. Each time I would get that slip saying they did the multi point inspection and all the fluids were fine. I had in multiple times due to it overheating over 2 years. Eventually, I just checked the newer all black | Read Full Review

This dealership and service center has put me through hell and back, I had my 2021 jeep renegade towed for service on February 3rd, mind you I have a limited warranty and maximum care warranty on the jeep. After my car being there for a week they call to ask if the car is registered if it’s not they can’t use my warranty unless it’s | Read Full Review

Outstanding service at Lucas Smith Dodge Service Center! I was told my service would take 1–2 hours and they had me done in under 30 minutes — absolutely impressive. The mechanics here are top-notch: fast, knowledgeable, and clearly experts at what they do. When I got my vehicle back, it was clean, and even the seat was returned to | Read Full Review

He walks inside dealership, 2 young salesman didn't seem to be interested in helping him search (look on their computers)..they were more interested in trying to deter him from what "he wanted".. 20 years ago when Rick Kime managed the service department and Butch was running things, WOW Attentive top notch service!!! I walked into service department desk 12/29/25 at 2:30 in the afternoon. Three employees are standing there. One employee is on the phone and two others are standing there shooting the bull. One of those being | Read Full Review

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING USED VEHICLE My opinion is if you buy a used vehicle from Lucas Smith Chrysler, you should take it and have it looked over or inspected by a mechanic or another dealership before buying. I gave this company a second chance to keep my business and boy was that a mistake. I had issues years ago with their mech | Read Full Review

The service department is horrible. Every time my vehicle was worked on i got it back in worse condition. They could not even install the exhaust correctly in my vehicle. I took my vehicle elsewhere to fix the mistakes this place made. Dont walk but run from this dealership. Only reason they got 1 star was to post this | Read Full Review

Scheduled a service appointment out 3 weeks, only to be informed when I attempted to drop the vehicle off that they don’t work on my truck because it’s an eco diesel. I asked why and the technician shrugged and said it’s the owners rule. I scheduled online and was advised to call next time to ensure they work on my vehicle. WHY EVEN | Read Full Review

I don’t even know where to start with our experience at this dealership. Experience like this is what gives buying from dealerships a bad reputation. It was awful, the unprofessionalism and customer service we received by a so called manager was sad. The salesman was polite and courteous.
