Don't know how to clean the snow off of their courtesy vehicle you know it's the law in New Hampshire. Good way to cause an accident and kill someone. | Read Full Review

The radio was working perfectly before bringing the vehicle in for the airbag recall. After the repair, it suddenly stopped working and a piece of the dashboard was also broken, which was not damaged before. Regardless of whether the radio was aftermarket or not, it was functioning until your facility worked on the vehicle. What was | Read Full Review

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. I brought my car in for an airbag recall repair, and when I picked it up my radio was no longer working, even though it was perfectly fine before. On top of that, a piece of the dashboard was broken. I reported the issue immediately on Thursday and was told multiple times tha | Read Full Review

Brian Zipps was very thorough in explaining all of the features of my new Ram and did a great job handling the ordering of my new truck! Keene Chrysler was kind enough to comp 2 full reconditioning vouchers at their Buff & Shine after the truck delivery out of Mexico was delayed despite the fact that it was not the dealers fault. Can't say enough good things about Keith and the service dept. Flatbed literally dropped my 20 Cherokee at the door on a Sunday morning with a note and the key fob. What was a relaxing trip from NY to Gilmanton turned into a nightmare when I blew the engine on Rte 9. Keith took control and contacted the extended warranty co. and put | Read Full Review

Brought my 2019 RAM in for clunking noise while turning sharply at very low speed. These guys said I needed both front control arms replaced totaling $2000. Got a second opinion, turns out it was just the 4 wheel drive engagement. No repairs needed. Super shady. | Read Full Review

Great car buying experience! Quick and to the point. Brian, my salesman, was straightforward and honest through the process. Brian provided all information I asked for and didn’t try to sell me a truck based on payments like many of the other dealers I contacted or visited. He gave me the best OTD price of my 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie of | Read Full Review
